Click on the Picture to Access the Online Card Catalog

You can now access your account information from the online card catalog.

To access your information first click the picture to the left to visit our online catalog. Then, at the top there is a tab that says My Info, click on it and it will ask you for the following:

1. Your Library Card Number
2. Your Last Name
3. Your Date of Birth

Simple enough, but the trick is your date of birth has to be entered in the same format the librarian entered it into the computer. To verify how your birthday should be formatted you can call us at 801-465-5220 or ask us next time you are in.
